TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking and participating in the Designer For A Day service with Restyle Home LLC, you agree to the following terms: The Designer For A Day service is offered at a rate of $2,500 for 3 hours or $5,000 for 6 hours of on-site consultation. Full payment is required prior to scheduling, and once paid, it is non-refundable. Restyle Home LLC and its partners reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason, including concerns about safety or security. The Client is responsible for securing the property prior to our team’s arrival, and if at any point an associate feels unsafe in the property, they have the right to discontinue the service immediately with no refund provided. The Client is expected to maintain a safe, professional environment and ensure that there are no hazards or security risks on-site. If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule the service, a notice must be given at least 7 business days in advance, otherwise, the payment will be forfeited. The Client agrees that any design materials, concepts, or ideas created during the session are the intellectual property of Restyle Home LLC and may not be replicated or shared without permission. Restyle Home LLC and its partners are not liable for any property damage or injury unless caused by gross negligence. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, FL. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
